Nataly C. Barnes is a native of Montgomery, Alabama. After years of working in administrative positions in both education and corporate sectors, Nataly endured trauma which led to her early departure from professional employment.

Although she has only been in Nashville for less than two years, she has made a tremendous impact on the North Nashville community. After the March 2020 tornadoes, Nataly assisted the community by heading the tornado relief efforts at Greater Heights Missionary Baptist Church. She also volunteered with Feeding Nashville in delivering meals to the elderly and disabled in the community. Through prayer, therapy and listening to God’s voice, Nataly is now serving the community as the Volunteer Coordinator for the North Nashville site of Project Connect Nashville.

Nataly holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in human resource management. She is the mother of one daughter, JaiAlani, who is an entrepreneur in Nashville. She also has a “bonus daughter,” LaPorsche and a grandson, Hendrix.

Matthew 5:16 - In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
